This Privacy Policy describes how Mindpace Ltd ("we", "us", "AIMKOS") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Marketing OS platform at aimkos.app and related services.

1. Who we are

Marketing OS (AIMKOS) is an AI marketing operating system for businesses. We provide content creation, social publishing, engagement management, analytics, and related marketing tools for workspace teams.

2. Information we collect

Account and workspace data

Name, email address, and authentication identifiers (via Clerk)
Workspace / organization name, industry, country, and business profile
Subscription and billing metadata (via Stripe, when enabled)

Connected platform data

When you connect third-party services, we store tokens and data needed to operate those integrations on your behalf, including:

Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Page IDs, page names, access tokens, posts, comments, messages, and engagement metrics
X (Twitter): Profile information, posts, mentions, and engagement data
Google Business Profile & Google services: When you connect Google, we request OAuth access to manage your Business Profile locations (posts, location info, and related business data), and optionally Google Analytics, Search Console, or YouTube when you enable those integrations. We use the business.manage scope only to operate features you turn on in your workspace.
LinkedIn, WordPress, and other integrations you authorize

Content and usage data

Posts, campaigns, calendars, and AI-generated content you create
Uploaded media stored in your workspace storage bucket
API keys you provide for AI providers (encrypted at rest)
Product usage logs for security, debugging, and service improvement

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Marketing OS platform
Authenticate users and enforce workspace access controls
Publish content and manage engagement on connected social accounts you authorize
Generate AI-assisted marketing content using your business context and API keys
Process subscriptions and send service-related communications
Detect abuse, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we process personal data based on performance of our contract with you, your consent (for example when connecting social accounts), legitimate interests in operating a secure SaaS product, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, database, authentication, payments, email)
Platforms you connect (Meta, X, Google, etc.) when you direct us to publish or sync data on your behalf
AI providers you configure (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, etc.) when generating content using your workspace API keys
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

6. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data while your subscription is active. Connected account tokens are removed when you disconnect an integration. You may request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption for sensitive credentials, tenant isolation, HTTPS in transit, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously work to protect your data.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@aimkos.app to exercise these rights.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure and subprocessors operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

10. Children

Marketing OS is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
